American Idol 6– And the Winner is….

Of course, I recorded the show tonight, but apparently missed the end, so I had to look up who won afer sitting through the entire two hour finale.
There were a few highlights in the finale, but mostly I just wanted to find out the results– I guess I could have saved myself some time and just looked on the internet

I watched the finale last night with my wife and she was so pissed that we missed the end because they couldn’t manage to find a way to announce a result in the two hours my DVR had recorded that she refused to even look it up on the internet to see who won. That was just LAME! How can you push a show like that over that much? You had TWO HOURS!!!
I honestly think the networks are doing that to purposefully jack with people that record the shows. More shows on TiVo, the less commercials watched. If they make recording a show unreliable, many people will revert to begrudgingly watching the show live.

i watched the idol and taped it but it never taped the end is there a way to see the last 5 minutes of the show when they anounced the winner
